A team of saboteurs is being tried in the Moscow region for completing a “quest” from the SBU

The Second Western District Military Court has begun hearing the criminal case of five young men accused of setting fire to a Ka-32 helicopter at Ostafyevo Airport in April 2024. Most of the defendants pleaded guilty, and only one female defendant believed that it was a “kind of quest,” Kommersant reports.
It was established that the organizer of the criminal group was 21-year-old Stanislav Khamidullin, a native of Novosibirsk. After the start of the SVO, he began actively communicating online with people who oppose the Russian authorities, and soon met a person associated with the SBU in a chat room on one of the Telegram channels. He suggested that Khamidullin create a group of like-minded people to commit sabotage and terrorist attacks.
